As a ServiceNow SecOps Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and participating in Agile and SAFe ceremonies. You will also configure and maintain data integrations, perform system and integration testing, and prepare and execute ServiceNow Automated Test Framework test cases.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business field.
Minimum of 7 years designing ServiceNow architecture, data designs, or overall solution architecture implementer on a mature installation.
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features.
Experience developing test scripts and plans.
Experience working on an agile team.
LDAP/Active Directory knowledge.
Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances.
Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures, and software including knowledge of ServiceNow.
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:
