About the Role
As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will be responsible for converting system requirements into logical program designs, code modules, and stable application systems. You will work closely with systems managers, engineers, architects, business analysts, and quality engineers in a collaborative environment to define product features and deliverables. This position requires producing architecture/design artifacts and ensuring adherence to company coding standards while managing vendor and project management.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, and Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Expert level knowledge and experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.
Preferred:
- Advanced level knowledge and experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management, Security Operations, and Strategic Portfolio Management.
- Ability to use a consultative approach to the needs of suppliers and business units.
