About the Role
As a Services Consultant (Strategic Resourcing), you will be responsible for growing WWT's Strategic Resourcing business by managing the sales process for staffing services. This includes developing proposals, negotiating with partners, and ensuring smooth transitions of engagements. You will also conduct requirements gathering sessions, create cost estimates, and identify additional opportunities within assigned accounts.
About You
Required:
- Must live in Northern California.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of related experience selling staffing services engagements.
- Ability to negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes in complex project/program scenarios.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Competency in analytical problem solving and project management.
- Experience in customer/partner relationships and network products.
