Summary
World Wide Technology is seeking a Services Consultant - GSP Mid-Market, Data Center & Emerging Markets to join their team in the United States. The role involves leading the services sales process for assigned accounts and regions, developing the services business, and ensuring successful service delivery.
About the Role
As a Services Consultant, you will be responsible for growing WWT's Services business by scoping new work with clients, preparing budgets and pricing, creating proposals, and driving closure of opportunities. You will also coordinate transitions from sales to service delivery and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in Professional Services.
- Experience in creating and supporting various services business models.
- Strong organizational skills (PMP or PM experience).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to address complex issues.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated experience crafting win/win solutions with customers.
- Experience leading through influence in matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and contract management.
