About the Role
About You
- B.A. or B.S. in Education, Social Work, Sociology, Gerontology, or related field and 1 year of experience in community development or social services.
- Minimum of one year experience working with families, adults, and youth in a diverse population.
- Experience supporting program and service implementation and coordination.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills.
