About the Role

As a Set-up Operator I, you will be responsible for setting up operating machines, conducting first checks and test sequences, overseeing the ramp-up of machines, supporting operators, and assisting maintenance with repairs and inspections. You will also follow documented procedures, maintain accurate records, check finished products for approval, and ensure compliance with safety and production rules.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to use instruments for measuring and to identify defects.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Ability to operate basic machinery.
Good visual acuity.
Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Preferred:

Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with power tools.
