About You
- 6+ years administering SharePoint Server (2016/2019/Subscription Edition) in enterprise or Government environments.
- 4+ years with Windows Server and IIS.
- 3+ years working with SQL Server in SharePoint contexts.
- Proven success operating multi-farm SPSE environments, including service apps and claims-based authentication.
- Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell for automation and task management.
- Experience with load balancers and networking configurations.
- Certifications such as Security+, CASP+, CISSP, or ITIL v4 Foundation.
- Experience with SharePoint hybrid environments and AD FS integrations.
- Deep troubleshooting skills for SQL performance and storage optimization.
- Familiarity with SharePoint platform tools like AvePoint and Metalogix.
