About the Role
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for conferring with shop foreman and service advisors to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems, performing work specified on the repair order, conducting quality inspections of vehicle repairs, and communicating directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed. You will also be involved in test-driving vehicles and executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
About You
Required:
- Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
