About the Role
As a Sheet Metal Foreman, you will be responsible for managing field labor, coordinating project schedules, ensuring compliance with building codes, and maintaining quality control. Your daily tasks will include attending operations meetings, handling materials and equipment, and managing project budgets while prioritizing safety.
About You
Required:
- Experience managing 2 or more crews of 2-3 workers each.
- Verifiable experience working on projects of $500K+.
- Minimum of 3 years' craft supervision experience in similar facility construction.
- Advanced knowledge of how jobs are assembled in the field.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
Preferred:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
