About You
- 2+ years of operations, logistics, or vehicle fleet coordination experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, especially under time-sensitive conditions.
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced technical environment.
- Familiarity with basic troubleshooting and triaging workflows.
- A safety-first mindset and meticulous attention to operational detail.
- Comfort using dashboards, logs, and internal tools to monitor fleet activity.
- Ability to travel between sites (Sunnyvale and San Francisco) for coordinator coverage.
- Experience with Fleet Management Systems (e.g., Fleetio), Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with autonomous vehicles or automotive work.
- Prior coordination or dispatcher experience in field operations.
- Experience supporting cross-functional technical teams.
- A basic understanding of software deployments, telemetry, and vehicle health monitoring systems.
