MRIGlobal is seeking a Shift Leader for the 3rd Shift to oversee technical-based tasks and laboratory analyses in Arlington, VA. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring data accuracy, and preparing client reports.
About the Role
As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for directing the work of lower-level staff, reviewing laboratory data, and preparing client reports. You will also assist in the professional growth of team members through training and feedback, manage resources efficiently, and maintain client relationships. The position requires working the 3rd shift from Saturday to Wednesday, 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
About You
Required:
- Ph.D. in a specific study area or equivalent experience; or M.S. with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; or B.S. with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated success with technical capabilities in a laboratory environment, preferably with knowledge of CBRN detection technologies.
- Experience supporting quality assurance activities including the development of SOPs and risk assessments.
