- A minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant industries.
- Ability to engage with customers and develop positive relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- English fluency is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- High-energy, collaborative management experience.
