About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for communicating with clinical staff about shift issues, participating in social service meetings, conducting supervisory meetings, ensuring incident reporting, and providing direct assistance to clients. You will oversee documentation accuracy and maintain consistent communication across shifts.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of experience working with people diagnosed with mental illness or substance abuse, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
- CPR certification and Certificate of Fitness for a Fire Guard, F-80, or completion within 90 days of employment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially email, WORD, and EXCEL.
