About the Role
As a Gaming Shift Supervisor, you will direct gaming floor staff, resolve customer inquiries, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, assist with staff training, balance funds, perform minor repairs on gaming machines, complete reports, maintain key control, and provide top-tier customer service.
About You
Required:
- At least 18 years old.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, cash handling, and supervisory duties.
- High school graduate or currently enrolled in an equivalent program.
- Able to pass a drug test and gaming background check (no felony convictions).
- Reliable and possess dependable transportation.
Preferred:
- Experience in gaming or casino operations.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy, loud environment.
- Comfortable working on your feet for 6+ hours and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Flexible and available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
