About the Role

As a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed, you will be responsible for general security duties, including making emergency notifications, providing direction to subordinates, overseeing staffing and training, and ensuring quality of service and contract compliance. You will also be involved in making recommendations for security improvements and managing personnel actions.

About You

Required:

Active CA Guard Card
Active State Drivers License of 1 or more years
Security experience of 1 or more years
Intermediate to advanced technology skills
Level 1 Certificate (Power to Arrest and Appropriate Use of Force Certificate)
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

Experience in Emergency Management Systems FEMA Incident Command Certification; ICO 100, 200, 300
Working knowledge of EMS protocols, Medical First Responder or Emergency Medical Technician
