About the Role
As a Shipping & Receiving Contractor, you will be responsible for receiving, logging, and distributing incoming deliveries, preparing outgoing shipments, verifying documentation, maintaining accurate shipment and inventory records, assisting with asset handling, coordinating with carriers and vendors, organizing the workspace, and suggesting process improvements.
About You
Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in shipping/receiving, mailroom, facilities support, office operations, or warehouse/logistics coordination (or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail (tracking numbers, serial numbers, documentation accuracy).
- Comfortable with Excel and basic tracking systems (SAP/Oracle experience is a plus, not required).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset when working with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
