About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in shipping documentation, materials coordination, or bill of materials management within industrial, EPC, or energy environments.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment shipping processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and purchase orders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, HRSGs, Generators, or related equipment.
- Fluent in English (Spanish or Japanese a plus).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with a proactive mindset.
