About the Role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project management methodologies, providing training and support to project managers, promoting best practices, managing the project portfolio, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. You will also lead teams through the Waterfall model phases and develop risk management strategies.
About You
Required:
- Significant experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience working in Fintech.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Jira.
