Summary
CACI International Inc is seeking a SIGINT - Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) to join their team in Homestead, FL. The role involves providing advanced analytic and reporting expertise in support of Special Operations Command South (SOCSOUTH).
About the Role
As a SIGINT - Target Analyst Reporter (TAR), you will research, analyze, and produce serialized SIGINT reports and finished intelligence products. Your responsibilities will include preparing reports in accordance with NSA and DoD standards, correlating SIGINT with other intelligence streams, and providing intelligence briefings to senior personnel.
About You
Required:
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph
- Experience directly supporting NSA/CSS, SOCOM, or DoD SIGINT missions, including intelligence analysis, collection, or reporting.
- Demonstrated experience drafting, editing, and releasing SIGINT reports in accordance with IC standards.
- Strong written communication and analytic reasoning skills.
- Familiarity with SIGINT databases, repositories, and dissemination systems.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience, Associate’s with 10 years, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in multi-INT data integration (SIGINT, CYBER, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT).
- Expert level knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real time knowledge management systems.
- Ability to work independently with limited government oversight.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations.
- Completion of DOD or NSA SIGINT Reporting or Target Analyst Reporter courses.
- Proficiency in an additional critical foreign language (Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, or Spanish).
- Experience supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) or Joint Interagency Task Forces (JIATF).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, joint operational environments.
