About the Role
As a Site Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of the site acquisition process, including reviewing existing site leases, identifying candidates for new site builds, ordering engineering services, and negotiating leases. You will track project progress and report to management and customers, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and timelines.
About You
Required:
- Five + years’ experience in site acquisition and/or related functional areas in a communication systems company.
- Excellent planning and critical thinking skills.
- Strong financial knowledge/training.
- Good computer skills including MS Word/Excel/MS Project.
- Excellent negotiation, communication (oral & written), and customer interfacing skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the geographic market.
- Familiarity with OEM equipment and Tier 1 service provider network operations.
