About the Role
As a Site Engineer- Industrial & Quality, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes, establishing quality standards, and supporting operational planning and problem resolution. You will analyze manufacturing processes, develop key performance indicators, conduct time studies, and lead process improvements while ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, and/or manufacturing operations.
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with Methods-Time Measurement (MTM) studies.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process capability methodologies.
- Professional certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
