About You
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 15 years of management experience in industrial engineering.
- At least 10 years managing engineers and designers in chemical/petroleum industries.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and track record.
- Knowledge of plant operations, capital project execution, and maintenance excellence technologies.
- High level of engineering competency and technical leadership.
- Experience with contractor management and leveraging strategies.
- Ability and interest in working in a hands-on environment with all levels of staff.
