About the Role
As a Site Finance Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership teams, leading budgeting and forecasting, monitoring financial performance, championing cost management initiatives, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. You will collaborate with various teams to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years in a finance role within a manufacturing or operational environment.
- 5+ years of experience with financial systems and tools such as SAP or similar platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Preferred:
- Professional finance qualifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
