About You
- 5+ years of HR Generalist or Lead experience, preferably in a manufacturing or tech environment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent career experience).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all organizational levels.
- High proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-performance technology manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to pivot between strategic and tactical support.
