About the Role
As a Site Leader for Mechanical Build, you will support mechanical builders with leadership, training, and daily assignments. You will be responsible for managing the installation of automated systems, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and coordinating with various teams to achieve project goals. This position requires significant travel to customer sites, with the potential for extended overnight stays.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years as a Senior Toolmaker or Senior Machine Builder.
- Expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Journeyman’s card or Technical Certification.
- Prior experience as a team leader or supervisor.
- Background in integration of automated assembly systems with knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements.
