About the Role

As a Site Logistics Operations Lead, you will be responsible for supervising logistics operations at the assigned data center, ensuring compliance with IBOS standards, and serving as the main point of contact for the IBOS team. You will lead project assignments, manage third-party logistics teams, and develop metrics to measure site logistics performance. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and a strong understanding of logistics processes and data analysis.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, business management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
10+ years experience in data center logistics, production IT, or similar environment.
10+ years experience in business analysis/program management.
Experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, requirements elicitation, and data analysis.
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams.
Experience handling project management responsibilities including prioritization, planning, and scheduling.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in Supply Chain process from Procure-to-Pay.

Preferred:

Understanding of a start-up environment.
Adaptive learner with a positive attitude and focus on customer service.
