About the Role

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising security operations, managing a team of security officers, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with reporting and contract requirements. You will also handle staffing needs, develop staff skills, and manage operational procedures to ensure effective service delivery.

About You

Required:

2 years Law Enforcement/Military/Security Experience OR a College Degree
A valid driver's license
Valid Florida Security Class D License
Knowledgeable in Class A commercial buildings

Preferred:

Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field
Previous Contract Security, facilities management, military or law enforcement experience
At least 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience
Previous payroll, billing and scheduling experience
