As a Site Manager, Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for the overall direction, utilization, supervision, instruction, and evaluation of professional and supportive staff, volunteers, and students. Your duties will include evaluating patients, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, managing treatment schedules, preparing reports, and facilitating staff training and development.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association approved school of Physical Therapy or equivalent.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Minimum of 7 years of practice experience in physical therapy.
Preferred:
- 10 years of practice experience in physical therapy.
- Previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Board Certification in a relevant specialty.
