As a Site Quality Leader, you will be responsible for monitoring daily work to ensure compliance with approved drawings and NFPA codes, coordinating inspections and testing, maintaining quality records, and promoting continuous improvement in installation methods. You will collaborate with field crews and project management to address quality issues and provide training and support to team members.
About You
Required:
- Experience in fire protection system installation, inspection, or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of NFPA standards and local code requirements.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and correct quality issues proactively.
- Ability to work independently on active construction sites.
Preferred:
- NICET certification.
