InOrg Global is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join their team remotely. The role involves ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of customer platforms and services.
About the Role
As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the reliability of systems using ELK and TICK stacks. You will bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring optimal performance and availability of services. Your tasks will include scripting, working with configuration management tools, and collaborating with various teams to enhance system performance.
About You
Required:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related role.
Proficiency in the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log monitoring.
Experience with the TICK stack (Telegraf, InfluxDB, Chronograf, Kapacitor) for metrics monitoring.
Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
Understanding of Operating Systems, particularly Ubuntu (OpenStack).
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred:
Experience with GitLab or similar DevOps platforms.
Solid understanding of Grafana and Prometheus.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar tools.
Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their services.
