About the Role
As a Site Secretary, you will be the primary face of the In-Patient Unit, responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and facilitating communication. Your tasks will include maintaining schedules, managing patient records, and assisting with various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations within the unit.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
