Summary
Rendr is seeking a Site Supervisor - Full Time to join their team in Brooklyn, NY. The role involves overseeing the non-clinical operations of a medical office and ensuring patient satisfaction.
About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will work collaboratively with the Medical Office Manager to supervise non-clinical staff, maintain patient satisfaction, assist in training and onboarding, manage patient scheduling and billing, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients. You will also handle office supply management and coordinate communications with other departments.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma required.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in front office experience in a medical practice.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese required.
- High level of professionalism and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills: kind, compassionate, patient interaction with patients and team.
- Multitasking ability.
- Prior experience working in medical/clinical setting required.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with MDLand is a plus.
