Summary
HCLTech is seeking a Site Support Analyst to join their team in Princeton, NJ. The role involves providing on-site technical support to users and managing IT equipment.
About the Role
As a Site Support Analyst, you will be responsible for addressing IT issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Your daily tasks will include managing asset inventory, performing imaging and refreshing of devices, troubleshooting common IT issues, assisting with audio and video equipment setup, and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex issues and maintain accurate records of support requests.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience and/or technical certifications in IT or AV technology.
- Proven experience in providing IT support in an office environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Strong knowledge of Win10 operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of MSO365.
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and common office tools.
- Basic knowledge of networking and cabling.
- Knowledge of cable patching and server racking.
- Experience with asset management software and IT service management tools.
- Familiarity with life sciences or healthcare/pharma environment.
