About the Role
As a Sizing Analyst, you will analyze asset-level financial statements and rent rolls to make informed assumptions on historical and future property performance. You will conduct preliminary due diligence, including market research and comparable sales/rents analysis, and facilitate communication between originators, the underwriting team, and clients regarding property valuation, loan constraints, and potential opportunities and risks.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related fields.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Critical thinking, along with strong writing and overall communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High integrity, entrepreneurial drive, and intellectual curiosity.
