About the Role
As a Skillbridge Operations and Training Specialist, you will assist with travel coordination, develop training schedules, ensure compliance with position suitability requirements, participate in issue resolution, provide recruiting support, and reconcile travel expenses. You will work closely with the management team to implement organizational strategies and practices.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- At least three (3) years of operations administration experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Ability to demonstrate professional communication in English.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and periodic random drug screening.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Minimum of a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
