About the Role
As a Skilled Litigation Paralegal, you will be an integral part of a POD, working closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and case managers. Your responsibilities will include handling discovery, depositions, motions, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, hearings, jury, and bench trials. You will also collaborate on research and writing tasks, participate in the litigation department, and help train new employees while adhering to the firm's Standard Operating Procedures.
About You
Required:
- Experience in personal injury law or litigation support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
