About the Role
As a Slack Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for advising a diverse range of customers, accelerating their adoption of Slack, and ensuring they achieve their desired business outcomes. You will empathize with customer needs, maintain high engagement levels, and facilitate workshops and executive reviews to drive customer success.
About You
Required:- 6-8 years of relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting roles (SaaS experience preferred).
- Strong leadership skills and high emotional intelligence.
Preferred:- Experience in an enterprise solution sales environment.
- Ability to cultivate and own VP+ executive sponsor relationships.
