About the Role
About You
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Procedural Writer, or Documentation Specialist in financial services.
- Demonstrated experience supporting credit, lending, or risk management functions within a banking or financial institution.
- Hands-on experience documenting credit processes, underwriting standards, or loan lifecycle procedures.
- Strong understanding of wholesale credit environments.
- Experience working with or remediating Regulatory MRAs or audit findings.
- Ability to work with incomplete, undocumented, or inconsistent processes and bring structure and clarity.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and translate complex workflows into clear procedural documentation.
- Direct experience with securities-based lending documentation.
- Exposure to credit risk policy manuals, credit administration procedures, or loan governance frameworks.
- Experience in environments involving legacy bank mergers or platform consolidation.
- Familiarity with regulator-facing documentation standards and audit expectations.
