About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, and/or prospecting experience.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
- Good understanding of bank products, sales, and new business development.
- Basic knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting.
- Strong customer service and community relations skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual English and Spanish encouraged to apply.
