About the Role
As a Small Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for performing safe driving practices while loading and unloading materials, conducting pre-trip/post-trip inspections, performing routine maintenance on equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also interact professionally with customers and maintain a clean work environment.
About You
Required:
- Ability to maneuver equipment through tight areas with high equipment and pedestrian traffic.
- Good verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to read and speak the English language well enough to understand and respond to questions and safety training.
Preferred:
- Previous experience operating equipment preferred.
- Ability to pass a written and operational test to be certified to operate a forklift and bobcat.
