About the Role
As a Process Engineer/Manager, you will troubleshoot molding processes, provide technical support to plant personnel, work on continuous improvement projects, establish process parameters for new tooling, and ensure best molding practices are followed.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years experience as a Process Engineer with SMC material.
- Extensive knowledge of compression molding tooling and equipment.
Preferred:
- Process knowledge of automotive lighting components.
- Experience with multicolor injection molding (2, 3 and 4 shot).
- Experience with resins such as PBT, PC, Acrylic, etc.
