About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 7–15 years of SMT/PCB manufacturing experience (active within the last 3–5 years).
- Experience supporting multiple SMT lines in a larger-scale electronics manufacturing operation.
- Strong understanding of circuit card assembly and electronics manufacturing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Aegis experience preferred.
- Ability to analyze issues, collect data, interpret results, and implement solutions quickly.
