About the Role
About You
- Masters in Mechanical Engineering or related degree, PhD strongly preferred.
- Experience in engineering, design, and development of complex mechanical systems including reactors, vacuum chambers, gas delivery systems, pneumatics, and water cooling circuits.
- Experience with semiconductor capital equipment or heavy capital equipment.
- Knowledge of deposition products (CVD, ALD, EPI, PVD) and relevant standards for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
