About the Role
As the SoC, IP Global Account Group Director, you will define account strategies, execute plans with a global technical sales team, and identify partnership areas for consistent growth. You will manage accounts hands-on, build senior client relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and maintain a robust sales pipeline to exceed revenue targets. Your role will also involve presenting strategic plans to senior management and coordinating resources across various business units.
About You
Required:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of relevant account management experience.
- Proven track record of closing complex multimillion-dollar contracts and exceeding business bookings targets.
- Experience in selling complex EDA/SDA deals to major strategic accounts in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with engineering and financial staff at all levels.
Preferred:
- Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration through a holistic and assertive sales leadership style.
- Deep understanding of SoC design processes relevant to the customer ecosystem.
- Ideally based in Silicon Valley or San Diego, but open to Austin location.
