About the Role
As a Soccer Development Officer, you will be responsible for creating engaging soccer experiences for children aged 18 months to 13 years. Your duties will include leading soccer sessions, mentoring coaches, overseeing program quality, and ensuring a fun and organized environment for players and their families. You will also communicate with management to support operational needs and coach development.
About You
Required:
- Passionate about working with and engaging young children.
- Availability on weekday evenings and/or weekends.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and/or supervising other coaches or staff.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.
Preferred:
- Experience working with children ages 2 - 12 years old.
- Preference for experienced soccer coaches who can work with both Toddler and Youth ages.
- Experience with other types of young child sports organizations or soccer environments.
- Coaching certification (Active Start, FUNdamentals, Learn to Train, etc.) is an asset.
