About the Role
As a Social Media Manager, you will act as the strategic lead for multiple brand accounts, set and track content goals, communicate performance insights, and anticipate client needs. You will guide the content process from concept to execution, ensuring that all content is on-brand and tailored to each platform. Additionally, you will engage in hands-on execution by writing copy, managing community interactions, and posting during key events.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role with a strong focus on content creation and community engagement.
- Proven track record of independently managing and growing a social media presence for a large B2C brand.
- Previous agency experience managing client relationships.
- Excellent content creation skills including exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
- Comfortable digging into performance data and analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
