As a Social Media Marketing Director, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. Your tasks will include collaborating with creative teams, analyzing performance metrics, managing paid social campaigns, and optimizing content for various platforms. You will also explore innovative opportunities in social media marketing, including the use of AI.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital strategy, or a similar role.
- Deep understanding of current social platforms and their audiences.
- Experience with social media analytics and SMO best practices.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns across social channels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Direct experience with campaign planning.
- Experience with performance metrics like ROAS, LTV, and CAC.
- Understanding of social commerce strategies and product tagging.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social video editing tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing or a related field.
