About the Role
As a Social Media Strategist, you will lead the end-to-end organic and paid social media strategy, manage complex content calendars, and execute advanced SEO strategies for social platforms. You will also handle Reputation Management protocols, drive video and graphic content creation, and ensure brand authenticity while optimizing workflows.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Communications, preferably within a regulated industry like Healthcare or Finance.
- Expert-level proficiency with social management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Sprinklr) and native analytical platforms.
- Deep understanding of paid social targeting, ROAS metrics, and the nuances of ADA and HIPAA compliance in digital content.
- Hands-on skills in creative production, including video editing and graphic design software tailored for social-first consumption.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with a strong track record of driving follower growth and engagement.
