About You
Required:
- At least 1-year experience in a health care setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft products.
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in social work or related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work (SW) or social welfare from an accredited institution.
- Current state license as a Social Worker.
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Post-acute care or health care experience.
