About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or a human services field.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory social work experience in a health care setting working primarily with the geriatric population.
- Minimum of two years of prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
- Certified, licensed, or registered in the state of practice.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A passion for working with seniors.
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
